Message types

Service and outage alerts for the stores or locations assigned to you, support ticket status changes, notice that a scheduled report is ready, and account or access changes such as an invitation, a login verification, or a permission update.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on account activity and on the notification types you enable in the tool, so there is no fixed number of messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. FetchaSquad does not charge for the alerts.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help.

• FetchaSquad Notifier: Your verification code is 481920. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
