Terms of Service

FetchaSquad Notifier. Effective July 29, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this site and of FetchaSquad Notifier ("Notifier"), the internal alerting tool operated by FetchaSquad LLC ("FetchaSquad", "we", "us"). By requesting access, signing in, or receiving notifications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Notifier.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms, either for yourself or on behalf of the organization you represent. Notifier is a business tool and is not offered for personal or household use.

2. Accounts and access

Access to Notifier is granted by a FetchaSquad administrator. Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared. Keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly at info@fetchasquad.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Accurate contact information

You agree to give accurate contact details, including a mobile number you personally own or are authorized to use. Do not enter someone else's number. If a number you registered is reassigned or you stop using it, update your profile or tell us, so that alerts do not reach the wrong person.

4. What Notifier does

Notifier delivers operational notifications about the accounts, stores, and campaigns assigned to you. Once onboarded, you choose which notification types you receive and through which channel. Notifier is provided as a convenience. It is not a monitoring or emergency service, and you should not rely on it as the sole means of learning about a critical event.

5. SMS alert program

5.1 Program and opt-in

The FetchaSquad Notifier SMS program sends transactional text alerts from FetchaSquad LLC. You join only by actively checking the SMS consent checkbox on the signup form or by enabling text delivery in Notifier. The checkbox is never pre-checked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of access to Notifier or of any purchase, and you may use Notifier with email notifications instead.

5.2 What we send

Service and outage alerts for your assigned locations, support ticket status changes, notice that a scheduled report is ready, and account or access changes such as invitations, login verification codes, and permission updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Typical messages look like this:

• FetchaSquad Notifier: Store 1428 (Austin, TX) reported a point of sale outage at 2:14 PM CT. Ticket 48213 is open. Reply STOP to opt out.
• FetchaSquad Notifier: Ticket 48213 was resolved at 3:40 PM CT. Reply STOP to opt out.
• FetchaSquad Notifier: Your verification code is 481920. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

5.3 Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. It depends on account activity and on the notification types you enable, so there is no fixed number of messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, and any charges come from your mobile carrier, not from FetchaSquad. Check your plan if you are unsure.

5.4 Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this program. We will send one confirmation and then stop. To rejoin, opt in again in Notifier or on the signup form. Reply HELP for help, or email info@fetchasquad.com. Turning off texts does not close your account, and you will continue to receive notifications by email.

5.5 Carriers and delivery

Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and FetchaSquad is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, devices, or network conditions. Supported carriers may change without notice, and message delivery may not be available on every carrier.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Notifier for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Register a phone number or email address you are not authorized to use.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of Notifier.
• Share confidential information received through Notifier outside your organization.

7. Intellectual property

Notifier, this site, and their content are owned by FetchaSquad or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Notifier for its intended business purpose while your access is active. No other rights are granted.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Mobile information and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Notifier at any time, including notification types and delivery channels. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes, but maintenance and incidents may interrupt the service without warning.

10. Disclaimers

Notifier is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that any specific message will be delivered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FetchaSquad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to Notifier, including a message that was delayed or never delivered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid FetchaSquad for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FetchaSquad and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of Notifier, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of contact details you were not authorized to provide.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for a breach of these Terms, a security concern, or the end of your relationship with the organization that sponsored your account. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of Notifier after that date means you accept the change.
