Privacy Policy

FetchaSquad Notifier. Effective July 29, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how FetchaSquad LLC ("FetchaSquad", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with FetchaSquad Notifier, our internal alerting tool, and this signup site. Notifier is used by FetchaSquad staff, franchise operators, and store contacts to receive operational notifications about the accounts they are responsible for.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Your name, work email address, job role, and the company, franchise, or store locations you support.
• Your mobile phone number, if you choose to receive text alerts.
• The notification preferences you set once an administrator onboards you.
• Anything you send us directly, such as a support email.

SMS consent records

If you opt in to text alerts, we retain a record of that consent: the mobile number, the date and time consent was given, the method by which it was given, the wording you agreed to, message delivery status, and any later opt-out request. We keep these records to honor your choices and to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations and carrier requirements.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site or use Notifier, our servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. We use it to keep the service running, diagnose faults, and detect abuse. This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, hosted fonts, or content delivery networks. Every asset is served from our own server.

2. How we use information

• To review and approve access requests and to onboard you to Notifier.
• To send the operational notifications you have enabled, by email or by text.
• To authenticate you and protect accounts, including sending verification codes.
• To provide support and respond to your questions.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We send text messages only to a number whose owner has actively checked the separate SMS consent checkbox, or has otherwise given us documented opt-in consent. The checkbox is never pre-checked, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of access to Notifier or of any purchase.

3. FetchaSquad Notifier text alerts

Notifier text alerts are transactional. They cover service and outage alerts for your assigned locations, support ticket status changes, notice that a scheduled report is ready, and account or access changes such as invitations, login verification codes, and permission updates. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies with account activity and with the notification types you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for help. You may also email info@fetchasquad.com to be removed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data. Vendors that help us deliver messages act on our instructions only and may not use the information for their own purposes.

5. How we may disclose information

We may disclose information in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. Vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email and SMS on our behalf, or provide support tooling. They receive only what they need and are bound to protect it.
• Your organization. If your access to Notifier was arranged through an employer or franchisor, an administrator at that organization may see that you have an account and which locations you are assigned to.
• Legal requirements. To comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or a lawful government request, or to investigate fraud or a security incident.
• Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the mobile information restriction in section 4, which continues to apply.

6. Sale of personal information

FetchaSquad does not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data for anyone else's marketing.

7. Cookies

This signup site sets no cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage, your light or dark theme preference, which never leaves your device and is not used to identify you. The Notifier application itself uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. You can clear or block browser storage at any time, though doing so may sign you out of Notifier.

8. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your Notifier account is active and for as long as needed afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained even after an account closes, because we need them to honor your preferences and to evidence compliance.

9. Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss. This site is served over HTTPS. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

• Stop text alerts at any time by replying STOP, or by turning them off in Notifier.
• Change which notifications you receive, and through which channel, in Notifier.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
• Ask us how we obtained your consent and what consent record we hold for you.

Email info@fetchasquad.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them where they apply.

11. Children's privacy

Notifier is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party sites

Links to other sites, including fetchasquad.com, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

13. Where information is processed

We operate in the United States, and information is processed there. If you access the service from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, with appropriate protections where required.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will give additional notice if the changes are material.
